Fitzville “Fitz” G. Martin is a Brooklyn recording engineer, producer, recording artist and founder of Will Power Entertainment. Since 1999, he has helped independent artists develop their sound through professional recording, mixing, mastering and creative production. Born into an innovative family, Fitz learned early that nothing is out of reach: “Where there is a will, there is a way.”

Julian Tai — Chief Operating Officer

Julian Tai is a music producer, composer, and creative executive with more than 23 years of experience. As Chief Operating Officer, he helps lead Will Power Entertainment’s operations, digital media, apparel and product development, and creative strategy.

Chris “WillPower” White — Social Media Marketing Manager

Chris “WillPower” White believes that good marketing starts with knowing how to connect with people. At Will Power Entertainment, he manages social media marketing, content strategy, artist promotion, product marketing, and the company’s online brand presence.

Being visually impaired is part of Chris’s story, but it does not define his work. He approaches challenges from a different angle, stays creative, adapts, and keeps pushing until the job gets done.

Whether promoting an artist, building a campaign, marketing a WEB Mall product, or finding the next piece of content that can catch fire, his goal remains the same: get people to stop, pay attention, and connect with what Will Power Entertainment is building.
