Accessibility and Disability Inclusion Statement

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Failure is not an option

Will Power Entertainment LLC believes music, media, information, services, and opportunity should be available to people with disabilities. Accessibility is not a side project. It is part of how we serve artists, customers, partners, and the public.

You are only as strong as what breaks you. When a barrier is identified, we treat it as a reason to improve the system—not exclude the person who encountered it.

Our accessibility goal

We are working toward providing a website and customer experience that people can use with screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, captions, and other assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a continuing design and testing goal where reasonably applicable.

This statement describes an ongoing commitment; it is not a claim that every page, embedded service, advertisement, or third-party platform is currently free of every accessibility barrier.

What we work to provide

Our accessibility work includes efforts to provide:

• Logical headings, landmarks, page titles, and navigation.

• Descriptive links, buttons, form labels, instructions, and error messages.

• Keyboard access and visible keyboard focus.

• Text alternatives for meaningful images.

• Sufficient color contrast, readable text, and support for browser zoom.

• Captions, transcripts, or alternative formats for important audio and video when reasonably available.

• Clear contact, booking, shopping, and customer-support information.

• Testing with automated tools and human review, including assistive-technology use when practical.

Third-party services

Our website may include content or services supplied by third parties, including Marketing 360/Websites 360, Google advertising and analytics, social-media platforms, embedded media, affiliate partners, retailers, and checkout providers. We do not control every part of those services, but we want to know when they create a barrier. We will work to provide information, assistance, or a reasonable alternative when possible.

Reasonable assistance and alternative access

If a website feature, form, document, video, booking process, product link, or service is difficult to use because of a disability, contact us. Tell us:

• The page or service you were trying to use.

• What happened or what information you need.

• Your preferred contact method.

• The type of assistance or alternative format that would help, if you know it.

We will review the request and work with you on a reasonable way to access the information or service. Depending on the request, an alternative may include assistance by telephone or email, an accessible document, a text description, captioned or transcribed information, or help completing a process.

Studio visits and services

Customers, artists, guests, applicants, and partners may request reasonable disability-related assistance or modifications for studio sessions, meetings, events, communications, or services. Please contact us in advance when possible so we can discuss the request and prepare appropriately. Advance notice is helpful, but we will still consider requests made at other times.

Feedback

Accessibility improves when people tell us what is not working. We welcome feedback from disabled people, including people who are blind or have low vision, Deaf or hard of hearing, neurodivergent, mobility disabled, or who use assistive technology.

Continuing improvement

We will review this statement and our accessibility practices as the website and services change. We will prioritize barriers that prevent people from obtaining essential information, contacting us, booking services, or completing purchases.
